Report to: Managing Director or Sales Director.
Job purpose:
- To plan and carry out sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of Scancorp supplier products, in accordance with agreed sales goals.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
- Maintain a computerized customer and prospect database.
- Plan and carry out sales activities to agreed budgets, volumes, product mix and timescales.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

- Good command of written and verbal English language.
- Minimum 3 years experience selling industrial equipment, achieving quota.
- Engineering or Science degree advantageous.
